We’re all about keeping our customers in-the-know from payment to completion. The status of an order can be tracked using the progress board on this page. Just simply look for the customer name below!
Every order is created in a series of steps. You can find more information about the specifics of these steps underneath the progress board. Customers may follow our Telegram channel for global updates, photos and discussions on active orders.

Explaining the StepS
Holding Queue
Customers in the holding queue have accepted a commission offer from Blueprint Costumes and are waiting to move to the active queue.

1. Awaiting Payment
Blueprint Costumes will send the Customer an invoice for the amount due. Payment is due in full within five days of receiving an invoice per the Terms of Service.
2. Payment Received
An order will move into payment received status after the initial invoice for the order is paid in full by the Customer. Blueprint Costumes will begin researching and evaluating materials for the order.
3. Fabric Selection
Blueprint Costumes will begin working with the Customer to select fabrics that will be used in the creation of the order.

4. Ordering Materials
Blueprint Costumes will work with suppliers and vendors to order the fabrics and material necessary to create the order to Customer specifications. Materials usually take one to four weeks to arrive once ordered.
5. Patterning & Cutting
Blueprint Costumes will begin applying patterns, cutting fabrics and trimming faux furs to the appropriate length in preparation for order assembly.
6. Assembly
Blueprint Costumes will begin sewing fabrics together to render the finished product. For paw orders, this process often includes attaching fleece claws, applying paw pads, adding polyester fiberfill and inserting an interior liner.

7. Cleanup & Testing
The order is complete. In preparation for customer delivery, Blueprint Costumes will clean-up any loose threads, faux fur and/or micro-debris that occur during the production phase. Thereafter, a final durability test and quality inspection will be preformed.
8. Shipping
Blueprint Costumes will package the completed order and ship it to the Customer upon payment for delivery.
9. Order Complete
The order has shipped to the customer.
